This interactive session will comprise lectures, interactive polling, roundtable discussions and workshops all aimed at improving your understanding of key compliance strategies and identifying specific actions you can take to effectively manage associated enterprise risks.  The will also include an update on the current status of transparency requirements around the globe as well as step-by-step guidance on how to develop, implement and maintain compliance, third-party due diligence systems and global compliance and auditing programs.  Participants will want to come to the sessions with a thorough knowledge of their company’s current Global Substance Management or Compliance Program and a willingness to discuss aspects of it in a confidential learning environment.
