This includes helping organizations use diversity and inclusion as a tool to help solve key challenges and improve metrics such as employee engagement scores. Kari focuses on the practical use of diversity and inclusion programs and techniques to drive business results. She has worked across a wide range of industries including banking and finance, insurance, higher education, food and beverage, healthcare and governmental agencies. She was the Diversity Officer for Ocean Spray Cranberries for seven years during which the company garnered several diversity awards.
