Building a strong brand starts with laying the foundation: defining the sweet spot between (a) what motivates customers and (b) what your company can uniquely and credibly deliver. That means that everything you do as a company – products, services, experiences, culture, operations, etc. – should serve to reinforce the reputation you want to maintain.
