Richard is motivated to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness and morale at each plant and client he’s worked with. He’s led and directed projects with budgets of $60,000 to $2.4 million. His career began as a project manager for Beer Construction in 1986 before he moved on toTransport Canada where he held the roles of Maintenance Coordinator, Environmental Analyst and Maintenance Manager. at GTAA (Greater Toronto Airports Authority) before moving on to being the Maintenance Project Lead Consultant at Data Stream. He has designed and implemented maintenance strategy based on best practices and reengineered maintenance to be more of a reactive than proactive plant organization.
