They have also advised clients in transactions for start-ups to public companies to venture capital funds. Benji and Jim have mastered the art of knowing when to use each of these tools and how to collaborate with social media and other marketing companies to conduct offerings with and without traditional investment banking firms. Benji is also currently an attorney with Ward and Smith P.A., and a former Adjunct Professor at Duke University School of Law & Campbell University School of Law.
