While places like Canada implement laws like the Construction Lien Act to enforce less delays and more prompt payments among other requirements, an appropriate construction claims management system is extremely essential. The goal is to avoid claims through managing the breeding grounds with all earnest, alignment of documents, and eventually entertaining an entitlement in an efficient and business-like manner.
